Before I did the very reckless thing of buying myself a camera, I had a play with scanography. It is exactly what you would expect and is becoming quite a popular art form. Once you fall down this little rabbit hole it is hard to climb out! There are some incredible artists making some very beautiful images. I’ve seen self portraits, abstract art, and even fashion shoots.

I’ve had fun and it’s great practice getting back into Photoshop for cleaning up images. Anything that isn’t pressed up to the glass starts to blur and creates an ethereal feel, giving everything a mysterious feel. Even Barbie…
